The  domination of  International Corporations  and consequences on big and small countries

The  big  corporations  and are  riding  the world economy  for  free of social  irresponsibility because they don't  have royalty to any country, some countries  they claim to  have  it as headquarter which  represent only  mailbox.  government  can't  challenge them. We  know for fact that the U.S has  given  them  a  safe  heaven not only this  but give them tax credit and  grant from  the federal  government without  any  strings attached or  even  commitment ,  further more ,  United states  went  to  ware few times and  the  gains were for the  corporation.  they didn't even help  to pay for the  ware or help in  recovering the cost of  the  war. Instead they complain  that they are  paying too  much taxes and threaten  to  take their business somewhere. if  they do  that, we  are not obligated to let their  goods come  to the us free of duties and the profit  they make overseas they keep  for  themselves overseas. and  the  profit  they make it, they  ship it overseas.  

So the  economic cycle  has to  work properly or disaster could happen  and it is  happening wright now in America and in  EU

Casino  also is  sucking all  underground  money and  draining the capitals from  the community they exist in and and kills  the  economic cycle ( the optimum formula is  to produce not entertainment but to  produce  product that will help the  community to  prosper and flourish.

what is happening is about the  banking system. Which is running now totally different,  remember when banks  used  to  infuse  the  market with  the  cash needed, to   create the  economic development which create  jobs and help revolving the  economic cycle. Banks now  are  grabbing the  retirement funds with  low  rate and and deposit and invest it overseas where interest rate in  20% or higher. and leave the community starving for cash. The banks  have  conspired to launder their  money to be  invested in  foreign banks or big firm investment which are owned  by the banks.

 It is a game to  force government to  bow on  their knees to and give them all the tax credit they needed and use their  labor  as cheap as they can . that what I call the ugly face  of capitalism.
